Natascha Gerlach

Natascha Gerlach is Director of Privacy and Data Policy at the Center for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL), where she leads work at the intersection of technology, regulation, and responsible data use. Before joining CIPL, Natascha was a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb in Brussels, where she led the firm’s European eDiscovery practice and advised multinational organizations on complex privacy and data protection matters. Natascha is Chair Emerita of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure. She also serves on the advisory boards of Georgetown Law’s Advanced eDiscovery Institute and OpenAge and is a founding member of the International Data Law Forum.
